I thank our lucky stars for Chris. Having worked in patient billing for 30 years I thought I had a handle on Medicare/insurance options until it came time for my SO to sign up for Medicare. The amount of mail and TV advertising are overwhelming and we needed to find the best option. Chris spent several hours going through options and signing him up and also explained the plans in terms a regular person could understand. It is so comforting in this hectic world today to have someone to trust for help with such a major life choice.
